For this assignment, assume you are the Chief Product Officer at a global multinational corporation. Your CEO has asked you to create a chart to rank your strengths and weaknesses regarding the following product management styles:
• Customer-Focused Product Manager
• Engineering-Focused Product Manager
• Design-Focused Product Manager
• Business-Focused Product Manager
You may create your chart using the table tool in Word. Following your self-reflection, identification, and an itemization of your weaknesses, document a mental model to ensure your success in product management. Then, indicate why product management is necessary based on your identified strengths.
Length: 1 Chart with a minimum of one weakness and one strength for each of the four categories above
References: Include a minimum of 3 scholarly resources.
The completed assignment should address all the assignment requirements, exhibit evidence of concept knowledge, and demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the content presented in the course.
