- Art and Craft Exhibition: Showcasing local talents and offering interactive craft workshops.
Building on your learning, create a project proposal for managing an event that your group has selected. The presentation must demonstrate an understanding of project management principles and highlight their importance for businesses, consumers, and stakeholders.
Key Deliverables
- Provide a clear project scope and identify SMART objectives.
- Identify clearly the five key phases of project management for the chosen event. Develop a work breakdown identifying the main tasks and timeline using a Gantt chart.
- Stakeholder analysis
- Discuss potential project risks and provide recommendations to mitigate them effectively.
