Your role includes:
- Organisational Development, Strategy Development, and Change Management to ensure the company’s direction aligns with its strategic plan.
- Interpersonal Responsibilities such as working with staff and contractors, directing and representing them, monitoring their work, and communicating with external parties on behalf of the company.
- Decision-Making for Organisational Improvement, including:
- Enhancing operations for existing and new products/services.
- Negotiating with suppliers.
- Handling crises.
- Constructing budgets and allocating resources.
Due to market changes and increasing global competition, you are required to write an assignment to bring changes to your organisation, products, and services.
