CRJU 2020 Constitutional Law Research Paper Rubric- The purpose of this assignment is for you to identify current issues in the wide range of the American Constitution and begin the search for evidence that documents the existence of these issues

Assignment Directions

The purpose of this assignment is for you to identify current issues in the wide range of the American Constitution and begin the search for evidence that documents the existence of these issues/problems in the community. I am purposely leaving the topic open to the student so long as it is relevant to the material covered over the course of the semester. You will be expected to also include and discuss possible solutions in your paper.

To be specific, this assignment should include evidence of a current issue or problem and a subsequent solution once the problem is explained. You should also be able to readily identify the population group that is most affected by the topic you choose.

This assignment includes the following:

  • Select a population group to conduct the assessment.
  • Note all problems or topics that emerge during your research.
