You are the CEO of a large-sized manufacturing and marketing company with employees in “red” states, “blue” states and “purple” states. You are hearing more heated discussions in the employee lunchrooms and zoom sessions around climate, abortion, voting rights, and gun control. Some employees have asked to be transferred to other divisions where the conflict is not so heated or where others have the same value system as theirs.

As the CEO, are you concerned about these conflicts?
