The requirement for both the individual and group projects are to:
- Apply class concepts
- Analyze the case/team in-depth, specifically not via an online search – I want your opinion! A lot of projects “fail” on #1 and/or #2. Here are some examples of lack of detail:
- “Shackleton was a great motivator”
- “Shackleton designed his team well”
- “Real Madrid’s players played well together”
- “Ronaldo was a great team leader”
- “The police/my hospital/the Ministry of Education has a great team”
- “Conflicts were resolved effectively” All these statements are too broad, we need details!
